Applicants are required to submit the following:

Visa Requirements:

• Online submission of the printed visa application form, http://evisa.kbri-islamabad.go.id/
• 2 photographs with white background, in size of 3×4 for each application form. File of photograph with maximum size of 100 kb should be upload through online visa application. Please prepare the file before starting this form 
• Request letter for Embassy
• Hotel booking confirmed
• Passport with 1st and 2nd pages photocopies
• Return Air Ticket booking
• Personal bank statement of last six months with account maintenance letter both sign and stamp closing balance equal to PKR 190,000 per person
• NTN/FBR/CBR certificate
• Applicant are advice to submit two set of the document of visa applications
• If travelling with family please provide Family registration certificate (FBR) 
• Authority letter (Submission and Collection)

Important Notice:

If husband name does’nt mentioned then please provide Marriage registration certificate (MRC)

Please send all documents before departure 05 to 06 days.
