• 2 Visa application forms
• Three recent photographs (2×2) WHITE BACKGROUND
• Request letter for embassy
• 8 months valid passport machine readable
• National Tax Number (NTN)
• Bank statement last one year with account maintenace letter with last bank deposit slip both sign and stamp
• If traveling with family then please provide FRC/MRC
• CNIC Photo copy
• Round trip confirm ticket
