• 4 Photographs (white background matt)
• Hotel booking or if business visa invitation is must
• ID card copy
• If travel with family please provide FRC form from NADRA
• NTN/FBR/CBR certificate if any
• Passport with first and Second pages photocopies
• Personal bank statement of last six months with sign and stamp closing balance equal to PKR 115,000 per person
• Return Air Ticket booking
